So went to work today,if not Demas have to take over for me.
Didn't go to work on Friday,which mum don't allow me to do so.

And heard that 10 people was on MC on that day.
Wow =/
So the call volume on that day was quite high.

Impatient and unreasonable customer is one that we will never like to attend to.
Because they just _____ .
Demas had received customers who rated his service 5/5..!
So envy can =(

Riot in Thailand and terrorism in India are making our jobs tougher.
Or can i say more challenging..? ( Don't think so )
It seems that i always get to speak to nasty customers.
So sucky can.
And today there was a lady i spoke to..
And she told me '' Have you do it before? ''
In like a insulting way.
Wah..I feel like..

And actually,a person's attitude and character can really show when they are working.
As in how they perform etc.
I saw it with my own eyes.

Enough of all those about work stuffs.
So the day before my birthday,went to have dinner buffect at swissotel.
Their main dish were crabs,which is my eldest sister's favourite.
Irene too i guess. Haha.
I find their variety of food not much though.
And you know when you're watching television programme,
it always shows mouth-watering desserts..?
And when its right infront of you,you can't eat much.
Because kinda sick of it,i mean too sweet already.
Overall,was alright =)
Maybe my expectation was too high =/
I just love to eat food you see,that's why i have this figure.

And thanks sweethearts for the wishes whether its through sms etc.

And the sweetest present i received was from Simin twinny and Herman.
Not expensive,but sincere and nice.
And she promised to give me another present when she get her salary =P
