Pain relief patch for me instead T.T
I had one on my right shoulder just a few moment ago, first time trying this.. *Hmm*

Not that I don't use these kind of stuffs but I used liquid one instead last time. Still remember
I apply lots of it all over my body after camps last time when your whole body is like aching, everywhere. Well.. Not really whole body I mean. Just a little exaggerating. And it will be like BURNING.
I shall head to sleep soon.. Hope it will really relief the pain on my shoulder, or at least a little.
My mum's massage is great too! Although it's just temporary. Heehee.
